Cancellation policy:

Guest cancels within 30 days of booking : 100% charge

Guest cancels within 31-90 days of booking : 50% refund..

​

Cancellation with more than 90 days : Full refund given minus 15% administration charge.

In the event of a no show from a guest and no communication your guide will wait 30 minutes before considering the tour cancelled by the guest. 100% charge applies.

​

There will be no refund If your guide has to cancel the

tour due to unforeseen circumstance outside of their control. 

Lift closures, unmanageable weather conditions etc.

An attempt to reschedule or alternative activities may be offered. If this is not possible then credit for the full cost of the booking will be offered.  ​
